【摘要】 目的 :磁石枕治疗顽固性幻听的疗效与听觉诱发电位变化关系。方法 :磁石枕、氯氮平两组患者在入组前及治疗 3个月后的听觉诱发电位检测对比。结果 :顽固性幻听患者在入组前的听觉诱发电位波Ⅰ、波Ⅲ的绝对潜优期缩短 ,而波Ⅲ、波Ⅴ波幅增高。磁石枕组治疗 3个月后听觉诱发电位检测趋于正常 ,而氯氮平组则与治疗前无明显改变 ,两组间有非常显著性差异。结论 :磁石枕的疗效与听觉诱发电位的改善有密切关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relation between clinical response of magnetic pillow in treatment of obstinate auditory hallucinations and the change of AEP Methods:The two group patients were tested using AEP before and after 3 months treatment Results:The absolute incubation period in Ⅰ?Ⅲ of AEP was short in the patients with obstinate auditory hallucinations before treatment but the wave range in Ⅲ?Ⅴ was high After 3 months treatment with magnetic pillow the AEP was similar to normal The change wasn’t significant after treatment with clozapine There was significant different in two groups Conclusion:the efficacy of magnetic pillow was associated with the change of AEP [更多还原
