【摘要】 目的 :探讨个别家庭会谈式家庭教育对农村精神分裂症患者的康复效果。方法 :对 12 0例农村精神分裂症患者及其家属成员进行个别家庭会谈式家庭教育 ,并以 12 0例单一药物治疗精神分裂症患者作对照。结果 :一年后教育组的复发率为 2 0 0 % ,显著低于对照组 (41 7% ) ,治疗依从性为86 7% ,显著高于对照组 (6 0 0 % ) ,DAS总分明显下降 ,二者有显著性差异。结论 :个别家庭会谈式家庭教育能明显减少农村精神分裂症患者的复发率 ,提高治疗依从性 ,改善社会功能。更多还原
