【摘要】 目的 :研究综合医院临床心理科门诊求询者EPQ的内外倾向和情绪倾向的分布。方法 :≥ 17岁求询者为研究对象 ,按EPQ要求自愿完成测试 ,以E、N两维分组 ,标分 <38 5为典型内向或不稳 ,38 5 - 4 3 3为内向倾向或不稳倾向 ,>6 1 5典型外向或不稳 ,以SPSS分析所得结果。结果 :求询者中典型情绪不稳及不稳倾向者分别为 :73 0 % ,12 2 % ,内向及内向倾向者占 4 4 3% ,居中者占 31 3% ,E分女性高于男性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,男性 2 0～组低于常模 (P <0 0 1) ,男性 16～ ,2 0～ ,30～三组N分高于常模 ,(P <0 0 0 0或 0 0 0 2 ) ,内向不稳组 ,外向不稳组E粗分 ,标分差异有统计学意义 (P =0 0 0 0 )E和N综合比较 ,两组差异有统计学意义 (P =0 0 0 0 )。结论 :综合医院临床心理科求询者中EPQ以情绪不稳为主 (6 / 7) ;男性以内向者为主 ,女性E分高于男性。以E分标分 <30 5 1,30 5 - 4 3 3,>6 1 5 ,5 6 7- 6 1 5划分典型内外及内外倾向有实际临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the EPQ distribution in 115 outpatients who going to the psychological department in a general hospital Methods: 115 adult clients finished the Eysenck Personality Questionnaires The group was sorted by the EPQ’s standard scores The data were analysised by SPSS10 0 Results: Within the clients,the typical emotion instability is 73 0%,and prone to emotion instability is 12 2%,lntroversion and prone to introversion is 44 3% in all the clients The women clients have higher E standard scores than man (P<0 05) There is statistic significance of E score between"introversion and emotion instability group"and "extroversion and emotion instability group"(P<0 002) Conclusion: Most of the clients whom going to general hospital have emotion instability tested by EPQ(6/7) The women’s E score is higher than man The standard to divide the introversion and extroversion is clinically useful更多还原
