【摘要】 目的 :比较使用维思通、氯氮平治疗住院精神分裂症患者的费用。方法 :对单独采用维思通或氯氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者所花药费、其它费用、总费用及住院天数进行统计分析。结果 :维思通组药费显著高于氯氮平组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,而其它费用、总费用以及住院天数维思通组低于氯氮平组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )结论 :使用维思通治疗住院精神分裂症患者较使用氯氮平费用低 ,但单价药费太高 ,可能成为门诊及维持治疗病人的障碍更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To compare the costs of Rispredone and Clozapine on the treatment of schizophienia in hospital.Methods:By analysing drug costs,other costs,total costs and hospitalized days on schizophrenia that were treated by Rispredone or clozapine.Results:Drug cost of Rispredone was significantly higher than Clozapine and there was significant difference(P<0.01).Rispredone groups were significantly lower than Clozapine groups on the other costs,total costs and so on and there was significantly diference(P<0.05).Conclusion:All costs of Rispredone was lower than Clozapine,but high drug costs should presented an obstacle to use Risperdone on outpatients and maintain-treated patients.更多还原
