【摘要】 目的观察 CD4 4 v6在人胃癌组织中的表达 ,探讨与某些暴露因素之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法 (S- P)检测 15 0例胃癌组织中 CD4 4 v6的表达 ,应用 χ2检验和非条件 L ogistic回归分析对结果做统计分析。结果胃癌组织中CD4 4 v6阳性率为 6 2 % ,与胃癌的浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、三餐不按时≥ 3次 /周、经常吃腌晒盐渍食品、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡及精神长期处于压抑状态密切相关。结论 CD4 4 v6的表达与胃癌细胞的转移潜能和胃癌患者暴露的某些因素密切相关 ,CD4 4 v6对判断胃癌的生物学行为和病因学研究有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between expression of CD44v6 and risk factors to which patients with gastric cancer (GC) were exposed. Methods The expression of CD44v6 was investigated by S-P immunohistochemical technique in 150 GC cases. Data was analyzed by chi-square test and unconditional logistic regression. Results The positive rate of CD44v6 was 62%, there were significant association between expression of CD44v6 and depth of invasion, UICC TNM classification, lymph node metastasis of GC, over consumption of salted food, taking meals at irregular times, history of atrophic gastritis, history of gastric ulcer and long-term psychic oppression. Conclusion The expression of CD44v6 is correlated with progression and metastasis of GC, as well as with some risk factors to which GC patients were exposed. The detection of CD44v6 will be useful to evaluate biological behaviors and etiological research of GC.更多还原
