【摘要】 目的调查社区人群超重肥胖的现患率并探讨其与高血压等有关因素的关系。方法采用结合省情作局部修改的卫生部预防医学科学院设计的健康行为调查表 ,应用系统抽样方法进行调查 ;对社区人群超重肥胖的现患率及其与高血压、性别、年龄、民族、文化程度等因素的关系作统计分析。结果本社区 15岁以上人群超重肥胖率已达 4 3.4 % ,人群体质指数 (BMI)均值不论男女在 5 5岁以前有随增龄而增加倾向 ;女性 35岁以上各年龄段人群平均 BMI已接近或超过2 4 ,且均显著高于男性 ,4 5岁以上更加明显 ;本社区的平均 BMI及超重肥胖的发生率高于全国水平 ;汉族男性超重肥胖率显著高于少数民族 ;随文化程度的低下 ,超重肥胖率显著增高 ;随体质指数增大 ,高血压发病率显著增高。结论防治超重肥胖已经成为预防高血压刻不容缓且有重要意义的课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the prevalence of overweight-obesity and the relation of it with hypertension and other factors. Method With systematic sampling method,people under prevention and treatment for cerebral-cardiovascular diseases in Communities of Guizhou were screened and studied. Results The prevalence of overweight-obesity was 43.4% in township population over 15 years old,and the prevalence was higher in the Han nationality than in the minority and higher in people with lower education. The mean of body mass index (BMI) increased with age in people less than 55 years old,and it was near or exceeded 24 in women over 35 years old and higher than that in men (P<0.05).The prevalence of the overweight-obesity and the mean of BMI among this studied population were higher than those of whole country.With the increase of the BMI,the prevalence of hypertension was markedly increased. Conclusion It is urgent and important to take measures to prevent and cure overweight and obesity in order to the prevention of hypertension.更多还原
