【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(SICAM- 1)水平的变化及其意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法对 15例无 DR的糖尿病患者、18例背景型 DR患者、2 0例增生型 DR患者及 15例正常人的血清SICAM- 1水平进行检测 ,并将其结果与空腹血糖 (FBG)、糖基化血红蛋白 (Hb Alc)及病程等进行相关分析。结果糖尿病患者血清 SICAM- 1水平升高 ,DR患者升高更为显著 ;血清 SICAM- 1水平与 FBG、Hb Alc的变化及病程长短密切相关。结论 ICAM- 1可能参与 DR的发生、发展过程更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion moleculars-1(SICAM-1) levels and its significance in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods Serum SICAM-1 levels was investigated by ELISA method in 15 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR),18 patients with background diabetic retinopathy (BDR),20 diabetic patients without DR (NDR),and 15 sex-and age-matched normal control subjects.The relations of SICAM-1 levels to course of disease were also studied.Results SICAM-1 levels were significantly increased in diabetic patients(P<0.01),the increase in patients with DR was the highest(P<0.01).The SICAM-1 levels increased were related to the changes of FBG,HbAlc,and the coures of disease (P<0.01).Conclusion Intercellular adhesion moleculars-1 may cntribute to the occurrence and development of DR.更多还原
