【摘要】 目的 :探讨人体蠕形螨在 4℃、高湿条件下 ,不同介质中的存活情况。方法 :采用透明胶带粘贴法获螨虫 ,置不同的介质中 ,观察存活情况。结果 :在液体石蜡中 ,周存活率为 38.4% ,存活最长时间者达 13d ;与其他几种介质相比 ,经 χ2 检验差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :液体石蜡可作为活虫保存和显微镜检查的良好介质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the survival of Demodex folliculorum in various media. Methods: The mites were collected with adhesive cellophane tape technique and put in various media under the condition of 4℃, high humidity. Counting the number of survival and observing morphology changes were carried out every day. Results:The survival rate of mites in paraffin oil was 38.4 % and there was a significant difference between the survival rate in paraffin oil and that in the others ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Paraffin oil may be a good media for keeping the mites alive and detecting them with microscope.更多还原
