缺氧缺血性脑病新生大鼠脑组织一氧化氮含量动态变化

【摘要】 目的 观察缺氧缺血后新生大鼠脑组织一氧化氮 (NO)含量动态变化。方法  56只新生大鼠随机分成 6组 ,吸入 8%O2和 92 %N2 的混合气体建立缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)模型 ,观察不同时间脑组织中NO含量的变化。结果 缺氧缺血 30min后NO含量开始升高 ,在 48h内NO含量持续升高 ,与对照组相比差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 缺氧缺血后NO含量明显升高 ,NO介导了新生大鼠缺氧缺血引起的脑损伤。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of NO in the cerebral tissues of rats of HIE. Methods 56 neonatal rats are randomized into six groups and inhaled the compound gas of O (8%) and N(92%) to set up HIE model., and then the changes of NO in the cerebral tissues were observed at different times. Results 30 minutes after being deprived of oxygen and blood, the content of NO began to increase, and the increase continued within 48 hours. There exists obvious difference (P<0.01) when compared with the control group. Conclusion After being deprived of oxygen and blood, the content of NO increases distinctly, and NO mediates brain injury induced by lacking of oxygen and blood in neonatal mice.
