【摘要】 目的　探讨上皮生长因子 (EGF)对心脏术后心包粘连的预防作用 .方法　术中对犬心包内喷洒上皮生长因子 3个月后 ,观察心包粘连情况 ;选先天性心脏病、房缺及室缺病人 40例 ,术中心包内喷洒上皮生长因子 ,术后 6个月、12个月经CT检查 ,判定心包粘连、增厚结果 .结果　在动物实验和临床研究中 ,实验组粘连程度显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) .结论　EGF心包内应用有明显预防心脏术后心包粘连的作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevention effect of epithelial growth factor on pericadial adhesion after cardiac operation.Methods After 3 months by sprinkling EGF in dog pericardium were observed and selection of 40 patients with congenital heart disease, septal defect were judged the result of pericardial adhesion by CT after cardiac surgery 6 months and 12 months.Results The degree of pericardial adhesion of experimental group is lower than that of control group significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion Sprinkling EGF in pericardium can prevent from pericardial adhesion following cardiac surgery.更多还原
