【摘要】 目的　总结子宫内膜切除术治疗更年期月经过多的手术指征、手术方法、预后和体会。方法　 1 0 0例更年期月经过多患者 ,经保守治疗无效 ,或同时合并粘膜下肌瘤 (直径≤ 5 cm) ,应用连续灌流宫腔电切镜 ,行子宫内膜切除术 ,术后随访 3个月至 2年。结果　 82例月经均有所改善 ,手术成功率 88.2 % ,术后 40例 (48.7% )无月经 ,32例 (39% )月经为点滴状 ,1 0例 (1 2 .2 % )经血明显减少。术后远期合并症有异常出血 3例 ,保守治疗治愈 ,宫腔积血 1例 ,子宫肌腺病 1例。结论　子宫内膜切除术可减少或停止月经 ,同时切除肌瘤 ,疗效较满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To report the efficacy and outcomes of transcervical resection of the endometrium(TCRE) in treatment of menorrhagia patients during climacteric period.Methods 100 patients with menorrhagia during climacteric period.underwent TCRE under hysteroresectoscope.Among them,16 patients with submucous uterine myoma less than 5 cm in diameter had their myoma resected simultaneously,93 cases were followed up ostoperatively for 3 months to 2 years.Results TCRE was performed successfully on 82 cases,and the successful rate was 88 2%.During follow up,40 cases(48.7%) became amenorrhea,32(39%) had only spotting.The remaining 10(12 2%) had normal periods,but the blood quantities decreased.Long term complication were recurrent abnormal uterine bleeding(3 cases),heatometra (1 case) and adenomyosis(1 case).Conclusions TCRE is an effective procedure in treating menorrhagia and small submucous uterine myoma during climacteric period.更多还原
