【摘要】 目的　探讨子宫内膜癌组织中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)与肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法检测 50例子宫内膜癌和 30例正常子宫内膜组织中 VEGF和 MVD的表达。结果　 VEGF的表达与 MVD之间存在正相关性 ,VEGF在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率为 60 % ,MVD为 43.96± 1 7.68,而正常内膜组无阳性表达。结论　 VEGF在子宫内膜癌中呈高表达 ,它能促进肿瘤中微血管形成 ,血管形成在子宫内膜癌的生长和转移中有着重要的作用Expression of VEGF and MVD in Carc更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To discuss the relationship between vascular endoepithial growth factor (VEGF) and tumor microvascular density (MVD) in carcinoma of endometrium. Methods : Using immunohistochemical method, expression of VEGF and MVD in 50 operation cases of carcinoma of endometrium and 30 normal cases were examined. Results : Expression of VEGF in carcinoma of endometrium was 60%, while that of MVD was 43.96±17.68. Both of them were negative expression in controls. Conclusion s VEGF had high expression in carcinoma of endometrium. It could promote microvascular formation in tumor. Vascular formation has important function in growth and translation of carcinoma of endometrium.更多还原
