压缩空气冷冻式干燥机性能计算与实验研究

【摘要】 针对压缩空气冷冻式干燥机进行模拟计算 ,重点研究压缩空气回路预冷器与蒸发器中温度、含水量、压降等参数的变化情况。依据国家标准进行相应的实验研究 ,测试主要的性能参数 ,二者吻合较好 ,证明了计算模型的可靠性。实验中发现 ,设置两级气水分离器对于防止压力露点回升 ,保证干燥性能是十分有效的。此外 ,预冷器与蒸发器采用板翅式换热器可以减小机组体积 ,提高传热效率 ,有助于二者的匹配 ,在较大进气量时尤为明显

【Abstract】 Simulation of compressed air refrigeration dryer ismade in this paper,focused on the temperature,moisture content and pressure drop of compressed air in the pre-cooler and evaporator of the compressed air circuit.According to the National Standards the experimental research is carried out for its steady working process.Main parameters are tested.The calculation results and the test data meet well,and that shows there liability of themodel used in this paper.It is found that installing two separators is necessary to avoid the pressure dew point rising again and ensure the drying effect.Furthermore,using plate-fin heat exchanger in this system is helpful for matching between the pre-cooler and the evaporator,especially for higher inlet compressed air flow.
