【摘要】 目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活自理能力 (ADL)的影响。方法 :6 1例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组 (30例 )与HBO组 (31例 ) ,2组按常规治疗并配合康复训练 ,HBO组同时加HBO治疗 2个疗程。应用Barthel指数对 2组患者治疗前后进行ADL评分 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :2组治疗前后ADL评分差异有显著性 ,且HBO组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。HBO治疗 2个疗程优于仅治疗 1个疗程的患者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HBO治疗能明显提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的ADL。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the activities of daily living (ADL) in the hemiplegic patients with stroke. Methods: 61 patients with stroke were divided into hyperbaric oxygen group ( n =31) and control group ( n =30). All patients received routine treatment, but those in the hyperbaric oxygen group received hyperbaric oxygen treatment for 2 courses. ADL was evaluated by Barthel index in the two group before and after treatment. Results: There was significant difference in ADL score between the two groups. The therapeutic effectiveness of two courses was more satisfactory than that of one course. Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen treatment could significantly improve the ADL of the hemiplegic patients with stroke.更多还原
