【摘要】 目的:为隆鼻术鼻模寻找新的组织源。方法:（1）20只成年兔作自体门齿额鼻部异位移植实验;（2）临床拔除80例完整第3磨牙作鼻模形态设计研究。结果:作自体牙异位移植的动物创口均一期愈合,移植的牙齿未见有吸收和破碎等组织排斥现象;第3磨牙不论单根还是双根形态,均可剖塑呈所需要的鼻模形态。结论:自体第3磨牙作为隆鼻术鼻模的新组织源是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectivon:To seek for a kind of new tissue for rhinoplasty. Methods: (1) On twenty healthy adult rabbits, autogenous incisors were transplanted to their frontonosal regions; (2)Eighty cases of third molars extracted in clinic were studied to make nose-modality for rhinoplasty. Results: (l)The incision appeared primary heals after surgery and the translated tooth did not show absorbed or broken. (2)No matter with single or more roots, the third molars can be molded to nose-modality. Conclusion: It is feasible to mold nose-modality for Rhinoplasty with autogenous third molar.更多还原
