【摘要】 目的　观察中药复方抗癌汤联合化疗晚期口腔鳞状细胞癌的疗效。方法　将 12例晚期口腔癌患者随机分为治疗组 7例 ,对照组 5例 ,治疗 2个月后 ,观察病灶大小、生存率及毒副反应 ,并观察治疗后食欲、食量及体重的变化。结果　治疗组和对照组总有效 (CR +PR)率分别为 85 .71%及 6 0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,12个月生存率分别为 10 0 %及 4 0 % ,18个月生存率分别为 5 7.14 %及 0 % (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组患者毒副反应轻微、食欲、食量及体重均有不同程度增加 ,而对照组变化不明显。结论　中药复方抗癌汤配合化疗能明显提高晚期口腔鳞状细胞癌的疗效 ,并有减轻化疗毒性的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Chinese herb complex decocfion on tumour combination chemotherapy on advanced mouth squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 12 patients with andvanced mouth squamous cell carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,7 patients serves as treated\|group and 5 patients as controls.After 2 months,observe the size of carcinoma,survival rate,adverse effects and the appetite,quantities of eating,body\|weight of all patients.Results The total effective rate has statistical difference 85.71% in treated\|group in compare with 60% in controls( P <0.05).The 12\|month and 18\|month survival of treated group was 100% and 57.14% in compare with 40% and 0% in contrals,and the statistical difference between two groups was significan( P <0.01).In addition to the increasing quantities of eating,appetite and boby\|weight,the adverse effects was high among the patients of treated\|group,but no significant changes in controls.Conclusion Chemtherapy in combination with Chinese herb complex decoction on tumour can improve the treating effects on advanced mouth carcinoma,and can attenuate the adverse effects of themtherapy.更多还原
