【摘要】 目的　探讨恶性肿瘤并发蛋白尿病人治疗后尿的变化及临床意义。方法　对 2 90例病人治疗后尿的变化及临床表现观察记录 ,并设对照组统计比较。结果　治疗组 2 33例中蛋白尿消失 39例 (16 .9% ) ,减少78例 (33.5 % ) ,化疗、放疗、是否合并血尿等对蛋白尿的变化均无显著影响 (均P >0 .0 5 )。治疗后蛋白尿消失和减少与临床上肿瘤消长呈高度相关 ,相关系数r均在 0 .96以上。蛋白尿减少和消失较无变化或加重者存活时间长 (χ2 =11.6 8,P <0 .0 1)。结论　蛋白尿的变化可做为肿瘤诊断、治疗方案选择、疗效判定、估计预后的临床指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment results of the cancer patients with protienuria .Methods 290 cancer patients with protienuria were divided into two groups:the treated group and the controlled group.All the patients’ clinical manifestation and the changes in urine after having been treated were monitored.The data of the patients were contrasted by analysis of controlled\|trials.Results In treatment group,the proteinuria disappeared in 39 cases(16.9%),and proteinuria reduced in 78 cases (33.5%).The chemotherapy,radiotherapy and the pre\|treatment contents of proteinuria had no significant effects on patients’ proteinuria.After treatment,the proteinuria that disappeared or reduced in cancer patients was positively correlated with patients’ survival time( r >0.96).Compared with the patients whose contents of proteinuria no\|changed of increased,the survival time of those whose the contents of protienuria disappeared of reduced after treatment had increased significantly (χ 2=11.68, P <0.05).Conclusion The contents of proteinuria can be used to diagnosis cancer, to select regimens,to assess the treatment results and to evaluate the prognosis in the cancer patients.更多还原
