CaO-SnO2气敏薄膜最佳掺杂含量的理论计算
Theoretical calculation of optimum doping content for CaO-SnO2 gas sensor films
【摘要】 本文介绍一个最佳掺杂含量表达式。应用此表达式定量计算了 Ca O- Sn O2 薄膜乙醇气敏元件材料的最佳掺杂含量。定量计算的结果与实验数据基本相符合
【Abstract】 An expression of optimum doping content is introduced in this paper and used to calculate the optimum doping content of calcium oxide doped stannic oxide gas sensor films. The quantitative calculation result is in accordance with the experimental results.
