【摘要】 利用酵母筛选系统筛选免疫抑制剂得到了阳性菌株SIPI 96 886。从菌株SIPI 96 886代谢产物中分离出化合物SIPI 886 C2 ,并对这个化合物进行了结构分析 ,通过光谱分析鉴定了其结构。生物活性研究表明化合物SIPI 886 C2有免疫抑制活性和一定的抗真菌活性 ,还有抗肿瘤活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the course of screening metabolites of immunosuppressants from microorganisms using yeast screening model, a positive strain SIPI 96 886 was obtained. A compound SIPI 886 C2 was isolated from the broth of strain SIPI 96 886. Based on its spectroscopic data its structure was elucidated. Studies on biological activity of compound SIPI 886 C2 showed the substance had immunosuppressive activity and antifungal activity, moreover, this compound also had activity on antitumor.更多还原
