【Abstract】 Confucianism is an indispensable official course in Han dynasty.They selected their officers according to their morality,probity and filial piety.The selected officers should have a period of "trial occupation".Only those who had exploits,ability,achievements and probity could have the commission.We would not discuss here whether it is right or wrong to worship the Confucianism on the official selection,but the way of selecting officers on their morality is of reference even today.更多还原
