【Abstract】 The recent technological improvements of CRT are described. It indicates that CRT although is a mature device,but is a moving target,new technologies are continuously introduced;on the other hand,the cost of CRT due to its principle of operation and simple structure is still the best among all of the display devices.So the replacement of CRT by FPD especially in the TV field still has a long way to go instead of within the near future as forecasted by FPD experts or scientists.更多还原
