【摘要】 目的 :探讨原发性高血压患者左心室重量指数 ( LVMI)与中医分型的关系。方法 :94例原发性高血压患者按中医辨证分为阴阳两虚型 ,痰湿壅盛型 ,阴虚阳亢型和肝火亢盛型。应用惠普45 0 0型超声心动图测定患者 LVMI。结果 :LVMI:阴阳两虚型 >痰湿壅盛型 >阴虚阳亢型 >肝火亢盛型。阴阳两虚型与其余三个证型差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,其余三个证型间差异无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :LVMI可作为高血压中医分型的客观依据 ,也可作为中药治疗高血压左心室肥厚的疗效指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore he relationship between left ventricle mass index (LVMI) and TCM types in primary hypertension cases.Methods:94 primary hypertension cases were divided into 4 groups based on the TCM types:Yin and Yang weakness group,Sputum group,Yin weakness but Yang excess and Liver hotness group.Left ventricle mass index was detceted with echocardiography.Results: LVMI:Yin and Yang weakness group>Sputum group>Yin weakness but Yang excess group>Liver hotness group.There exited difference between Yin and Yang weakness group and other 3 groups( P <0.01).No difference was observed between the later 3 groups( P >0.05). Conclusion:LVMI could be used in TMC typing of the primary hypertension cases as well as the therapeutic effect index in treating primary hypertension cases with TCM methods.更多还原
