【摘要】 目的 :探讨哮喘儿童与正常儿童在主观生活质量方面的差异。方法 :本文应用儿少主观生活质量调查表分别对 40名 9～ 11岁哮喘儿童及 3 2名正常儿童的主观生活质量进行研究。结果 :哮喘儿童的主观生活质量满意度降低 ,主要表现在家庭生活、生活环境、抑郁体验、焦虑体验、躯体情感方面 ,尤以后 3者显著。结论 :哮喘影响儿童的主观生活质量 ,提示我们在对哮喘儿童进行正规药物治疗的基础上 ,也应注重心理干预治疗 ,全面提高哮喘儿童的生活质量和健康水平更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the differences in individual’s perceptions of life quality between asthmatic and nonasthmatic children.Methods:Individual’s perceptions of life quality were investigated in the 40 children with asthma and 32 healthy children ranging from 9 to 11 in age.Results:The children with asthma have been less satisfactory than healthy children in their life quality, especially in anxiety, depression and body feelings.
