【摘要】 目的 :评价螺旋CT结肠充气造影在结肠癌诊断中的价值及分期的准确性。方法 :搜集经手术病理证实为结肠肿瘤的患者 2 6例 ,重点分析螺旋CT结肠充气造影表现 ,与病理结果对照。结果 :2 6例患者中 2 4例结肠癌均正确诊断 ,其中 18例正确分期 ,2例息肉被误诊为结肠癌 ,无 1例恶性肿瘤被误诊。结论 :螺旋CT结肠充气造影对结肠癌的诊断及分期具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of helical CT pneumocolon in diagnosing and staging colonic carcinomas. Methods:Helical CT pneumocolon correlation were retrospectively analyzed in 26 patients whom surgically and pathologically confirmed to be with colonic tumors.Results: There were 24 carcinomas and 2 polypi in 26 patients.24 carcinomas were correctly diagnosed and 18 of them were correctly staged.2 polypi were misdiagnosed to be malignant. No malignant lesion was misdiagnosed.Conclusion: Helical CT pneumocolon has great value in diagnosing and staging colonic carcinomas.更多还原
