【摘要】 目的 :探讨Z -PLATE前路内固定系统在胸腰椎损伤的应用及胸腰椎损伤前路手术适应证。方法 :对 2 3例行前路减压融合Z -PLATE内固定的胸腰椎损伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :2 3例患者随访 5～ 2 7个月 ,按Frankel分级 2 0例患者神经功能改善 ,3例患者无改善 ,无 1例神经功能加重 ,2 2例患者植骨融合 ,1例假关节形成 ,内固定松动。结论 :Z -PLATE可提供可靠的脊柱前路固定 ,正确掌握前路手术适应证具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of Z-Plate anterior fixation system in thoracolumbar spine injuries and indications for the anterior approach.Methods:23 cases of thoracolumbar spine injuries with neurological deficit,managed with anterior decompression,bone grafting and Z-Plate fixation,were reviewed.Results:23 cases were followed-up for 5～27 months. During the follow-up period,20 patients showed neurologic improvement.No patient had neurologic deterioration after surgery.Stable fusion occurred in 22 of 23 patients,and one patient developed nonunion.Conclusions:Z-Plate provide reliable stability in thoracolumbar spine.It is important to recognize the indications for the anterior approach.更多还原
