【摘要】 在文献 [1]的基础上研究位置VSI和离散VSI符号控制图的制定方法 ,并将单个符号控制图的研究方法推广到联合的符号控制图 ,设计了联合的位置和离散可变抽样区间 (CVSI)符号控制图。所设计的VSI和CVSI符号控制图同常规的FSI和联合FSI (CFSI)控制图作比较 ,能更快地发现过程的变化 ,从而提高控制图的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Presents the sign control charts and the combined sign control charts for location and variability with variable sampling intervals,calculates the average time to signal for these sign charts under variable sampling intervals.In the meantime,these charts are compared with the conventional charts and variable sampling interval X and R charts.The charts design is more efficient than the conventional charts under variable sampling intervals.更多还原
