盛花期高温对两系杂交稻两优培九结实率的影响研究

【摘要】 对两优培九和汕优 6 3在盛花期置于人工气候室 36℃高温下处理不同时间的结果表明 ,在无库源关系限制下 ,两优培九结实率明显高于汕优 6 3,表明两优培九具有较强的耐高温能力。然而 ,当两优培九、汕优 6 3和Ⅱ优 7号种植于不同密肥构建的 6种库源群体条件下时 ,两优培九结实率却明显低于汕优 6 3和Ⅱ优 7号。对空秕率构成的分析表明 ,两优培九结实率低主要是由于受精子房中途停止发育所致

【Abstract】 The two line hybrid rice Liangyou Peijiu and the three line hybrid rice Shanyou 63 were treated at full flowering stage for 2~6 hours with 36℃ of high temperature in phytotron. The results showed that, without the restriction of source, the seed setting percentage of Liangyou Peijiu was much higher than that of Shanyou 63 under high temperature conditions, which indicates that Liangyou Peijiu has a good tolerance to high temperature. However, when Liangyou Peijiu, Shanyou 63 and Ⅱ You 7 were grown under six different sink source populations established by way of different planting density and fertilization application, Liangyou Peijiu had a lower seed setting percentage than Shanyou 63 and Ⅱ You 7. The analysis on the constituents of empty and blighted grains showed that the lower seed setting percentage of Liangyou Peijiu was mainly caused by the halfway stop of filling of fertilized ovary.
