【摘要】 用傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱法 ,非破坏性测定水稻糙米粒直链淀粉含量和完整油菜籽含油量、油酸和硫甙。结果表明 ,该方法与常规方法有类似的准确性和精确性 ,其定标方程的决定系数R2 分别为 0 .990 8,0 .992 4 ,0 .994 2和 0 .984 1,相对误差RE(% )分别为 2 .6 0 ,0 .6 9,0 .76和4 32 ,相对校正标准误RSEC分别为 0 .5 5 15 ,0 .36 6 2 ,0 .1888和 3.4 430 ;预测相关系数RSQ分别为0 9377,0 .9810 ,0 .96 46和 0 .9817,预测相对误差RE(% )分别为 5 .6 4,1.30 ,1.5 6和 7.73,相对检验标准误RSEP分别为 1.5 499,0 .6 171,0 .336 2和 6 .0 5 83。NIRS分析法完全可用来快速、无破坏测定育种材料 ,作为粮油作物品质育种的辅助手段

【Abstract】 The method of assaying amylose of brown rice, oil,linoleic and sulfuric glucoside of rapeseed without being damaged using near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS) was evaluated. Results showed that both accuracy and prediction of NIRS method is similar to that of the chemical method. The calibration was obtained by partial least squares (PLS). The determination coefficients (R 2 for calibration and RSQ for validation) were 0.9908,0.9924,0.9942 and 0.9841,respectively. The relative errors (RE%) were 2.60,0.69,0.76 and 4.32. The relative standard errors (RSEC for calibration and RSEP for validation) were 0.5515,0.3662,0.1888 and 3.4430. Validation showed that the RSQ were 0.9377,0.9810,0.9646 and 0.9817, RE(%) were 5.64,1.30,1.56 and 7.73, and RSEP(%) were 1.5499,0.6171,0.3362 and 6.0583. It was suggested that this method could be used in qualitative breeding program to determine primary characters and screen useful breeding material.
