【摘要】 对三角帆蚌有核珍珠培育方法作了研究。珍珠囊体外培育采用胰蛋白酶对外套膜组织块进行解离 ,收集细胞悬液于珠核上培养珍珠囊 ,然后将体外形成的有核珍珠囊再进行插核 ,并将酶解处理后的细胞悬液注射到所插核部位。结果表明 ,外套膜组织细胞悬液贴核生长正常 ,并且能够培育出体外珍珠囊 ;将体外珍珠囊插到母蚌外套膜内 ,同时注射外套膜组织细胞悬液 ,经 6 0天养殖后 ,可以看到在珠核外面已有珍珠层开始沉积更多还原

【Abstract】 This article focuses on the new technology for producing nucleated pearls using Hyriopsis cumingii Lea’s. Pallium tissue was scattered by trypsin solution. Pearl nuclear was treated by pallium tissue piece in order to culture pearl sacs. Cultured pearl sacs in vitro were inserted into pallium tissue for producing pearls. Meanwhile, the pallium cells slurry was injected into the pallium of the Hyriopsis cumingii Lea. The result showed that the new methods can induce the formation of pearl sacs. Sixty days later the pearl can be seen on the surface of the nucleate sacs. It is suggested pearl sac induced by injection may be the best method to produce pearl.更多还原
