【摘要】 报道了百合科三种植物的核型，大百合　２ｎ　＝　２ｘ　＝　２２　＝　４ｍ　＋　２ｓｍ　＋　１０ｓｔ　＋　２ｔ　＋　４Ｔ；老鸦瓣　２ｎ　＝　２ｘ　＝　４８　＝　２６ｓｍ　＋２２ｓｔ，湖北黄精　２ｎ　＝　２ｘ　＝　２８　＝　１８ｍ　＋　６ｓｍ　＋　４ｓｔ　（２ｓａｔ　，　１Ｂ）。大百合、老鸦瓣、湖北黄精的核型类型分别为　３Ｂ型、３Ａ　型和　２Ｃ　型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Karyotype of three species was reported, namely 2n=2x=22=4m+2sm+10st+2t+4T of Cardiocrinum gigante-um; 2n=2x=48=26sm+22st of Tulipa edulis; 2n=2x=28=18m+6sm=4st (2sat, 1B) of Polygonatum zanlansciamense. The karyotypes of these three plants were respectively 3B, 3A and 2C. Their chromosome number was already reported without their karyotype.更多还原
