再论四川存盐超饱和的隐忧
Talk about the Secret Worries to Satu rated Salt Storages in Sichuan
【摘要】 文章论述了四川存盐爆满的五大隐忧及其根源,对比了决策层两种不同解决办法的效果,并从建国以来的经营实践中提出了存盐的合理额度。
