【摘要】 目的 :探讨新生儿脐静脉血清生化指标的特点 ,为新生儿脐血清生化指标参考值调查及新生儿健康情况提供资料。方法 :用 715 0全自动血细胞分析仪检测 5 1例新生儿脐静脉血及 5 0例成人静脉血 ,并作统计分析 ,性别间、组间比较采用均数的t检验。结果 :发现新生儿脐血清生化指标测定值不同于新生儿体内血清测定值 ,在男女间TBIL、HBDH、HDL差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;此外 ,脐血CHO在剖宫产组与顺产组间的差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;脐血LDH、HDL在胎吸组与顺产组间的差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :新生儿脐静脉血清生化指标是一组特殊资料 ,反映了新生儿在宫内的发育状况 ,并与不同生产方式有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the biochemical characters of umbilical vein serum in newborn and to provide data for the investigation on the biochemical reference values of umbilial vein serum and the health in newborn.Method: With 7150 automatic programming hematological analyser,51 samples of umbilical vein serum and 50 samples of adult vein serum were tested and statistical analysis were made ,meant test was applied among sexes and groups.Results: The values of umbilial vein serum of newborn were different from those of serum of newborn. There were very significant differences in sexes on TBIL ,HBDH,HDL(P< 0. 01),and no significant difference on others. There were very significant differences on CHO between caesarean birth group and natural birth group.And also,the very significant difference were recognized between fetus aspiration group and natural birth group on LDH,HDL(P<0.01) . Conclution: Biochemical Parameters on umbilial vein serum of newborn were some of special data, also indicated the newborn growth in womb,and which was related to the different delivery modes. [更多还原
