【摘要】 目的　研究中国东北地区低密度脂蛋白受体 (LDLR)基因PvuII多态性与心肌梗死 (MI)的相关性 ,并对其血脂质、脂蛋白水平的关系进行分析。方法　采用PCR -RFLP方法检测 4 1例MI患者和 6 7例健康体检者LDLR基因的多态性分布。结果　①MI组和对照组的P-P-基因性与高LDL -C和TC水平明显相关 ,P+ P+ 基因性与较低的TC和LDL -C相关。②MI组患者的P-等位基因型相对频率高于正常组 ,两者存在显著性差异。③MI组血清TC和LDL -C水平高于对照组 ,两者存在显著性差异。结论　研究证实LDLR基因PvuII位点的多态性可影响血清胆固醇水平 ,并且与MI的发生密切相关。LDLR基因PvuII位点的多态性变化可作为预测冠心病发生的一个基因标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study the relation between the polymorphism of LDLR gene intron 15 PvuII and myocardial infarction,and analysis it connect with lipoprotein in plasma.Method The polymorphism of LDLR gene intron 15 PvuII was detected by PCR-RFLP between 47 patients and 67 controls.Results ①P -P -genestyle is associated with the higher level of LDL-C and TC,P +P + genestyle is associated with the lower level of LDL-C and TC in patients and controls.②The frequency of P - allele is higher in patients than controls,there was significant difference.③The level of TC and LDL-C is higher in patients than controls.There was significant difference.Conclusion This study demonstrates the polymorphism of LDLR PvuII gene influences the chlosterol level in serum,and associated closely with MI occurring.The polymorphism of LDLR intron 15 PvuII gene become a genetic marker to predict MI risk.更多还原
