论嘉兴学院管理模式的选择

【摘要】 学校采用什么样的管理模式 ,将直接关系到学校管理的质量和效率。在教育体制改革过程中 ,许多学校将管理模式从过去的事业型管理模式向企业化管理模式转化。该文认为学校不应简单地采用企业化管理模式 ,而应在企业化管理模式的基础上进行适当的改良以适应学校管理的特殊需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The managing pattern a college adopts will directly affect the efficiency and quality of school management. In the course of educational system reform, a lot of colleges` managing pattern transferred from public utility pattern to enterprise managing pattern. This paper holds that college should not adopt enterprise managing pattern simply, but should improve it to meet the special need of college management on the basis of enterprise managing pattern.更多还原
