筛板塔中单孔鼓泡气泡团的研究
Study on bubble group for single hole in sieve plate column
【摘要】 在 3 0 0mm× 2 0 0mm的有机玻璃矩形塔中 ,以空气 -水作为实验物系 ,在常温常压下 ,筛孔孔径d为 7mm~ 1 3mm ,孔动能因子F0 为 1 .1 5m·s- 1 ·kg12 ·m- 32 ~ 2 5m·s- 1 ·kg12 ·m- 32 的范围内 ,研究了筛板塔中单孔鼓泡气泡团以及气泡的行为 ,包括观察气体穿孔鼓泡进入液层时的行为 ,气泡团的直径 ,每个气泡团中气泡的个数和气泡的直径等。测得气泡团直径后 ,将其与孔动能因子F0 与孔径d作非线性拟合 ,得到了一关联式。随后又采用气泡、液滴、泡沫微机自动测量仪测定了气泡团的组成 ,包括测定了每个气泡团内的气泡直径、气泡个数和气含率等。
【Abstract】 The behavior of bubble and bubble group on the sieve tray with only one hole was studied with air-water system in a plexiglass rectangular column of 300 mm×200 mm.With the hole diameter from 7 mm to 13 mm and the hole kinetic energy factor from 1.15 m·s\+\{-1\}·kg\+\{12\}·m\+\{-32\}to 25 m·s\+\{-1\}·kg\+\{12\}·m\+\{-32\},the purpose of the experiment is to observe the behavior of bubble in the liquid on the tray , to measure the bubble group diameter, and the bubble number in the bubble group. The bubble group diameter was correlated with the hole kinetic energy factor and the hole diameter. And then, the bubble diameter, bubble number and gas holdup in the bubble group were also measured by bubble and liquid drop auto-surveying instrument.
