【摘要】 目前 ,作为西方特定时空产物的“新公共管理”理论已对我国行政学界理论发展的方向和管理者的行为方式产生了不容忽视的影响。对这一理论 ,我们既不能全盘、直接地移植 ,亦不可消极地加以排斥 ,而应立足于中国公共管理的实践 ,按照我国公共管理理论发展的独特理路 ,在深入研究和批判的基础上 ,有选择地撷取其精华 ,用以建设和完善中国公共管理的理论更多还原

【Abstract】 The New Public Management theories, as the product under the special Western conditions of time and space, have exerted a great influence upon the development of the public administration theories and the administrator’s behavioral approach in China. However, we can neither transplant these theories into China entirely and directly nor exclude them. We should, basing ourselves upon the practice of Chinese public administration, select their essence to construct our theories through research and criticism in line with the development of Chinese public administration theories.更多还原
