【摘要】 目的　观察硬膜外低浓度布比卡因结合小剂量芬太尼行分娩镇痛联合陪伴的临床效果。方法　选择自愿要求无痛分娩的产妇 6 0例为观察组A ;要求无痛联合陪伴的产妇 6 0例作为观察组B ;C组为对照组。结果　硬膜外低浓度布比卡因结合小剂量芬太尼镇痛效果确切可靠。硬膜外分娩镇痛缩短第一产程的时间 ,剖宫产率显著低于对照组。陪伴使无痛组产钳率明显下降。结论　硬膜外阻滞无痛分娩联合陪伴分娩对减轻阵痛、缩短产程有显著作用 ,且对母儿无副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of low concentration of bupivacaine combined with fentanyl during epidural analgesis and company on labor pain relief.Methods Sixty parturients who volunteered for epidural anlgesia were taken as group A,60 parturients who volunteered for epidural anlgesia and company as group B and 60 control parturients as group C.Results Low concentration of bupivacaine combined with fentanyl during epidural analgesis and company could definitely relief labor pain.The time of the first stage of labor was shorter than that in control group.The rate of cesarean section was lower than that in control group.Company made the rate of instrumentral labor lower.Conclusion Epidural block with low concentration of bupivacine and company could relief labor pain,reduce labor time without side effect to mother and baby.更多还原
