【摘要】 目的　探讨依托咪酯复合安定用于人工流产的麻醉效果及对病人的影响。方法　选择无痛人工流产 6 0例 ,静脉注射安定 5mg ,3～ 5min后静脉注射依托咪酯 0 3mg/kg ,进行人工流产 ,设置 10 0例对照组观察麻醉效果 ,并对试验组于用药前、用药 2min和手术结束时监测BP、HR、R、SpO2 。结果　实验组镇痛率 10 0 % ,明显高于对照组 2 8% ;宫口松弛率 86 6 7% ,明显高于对照组 15 % ;平均手术时间 4 6 5± 1 2 0min ,明显短于对照组 6 4 9± 1 73min ;人流综合征发生率为 0 ,明显低于对照组 11% ,差异均有非常显著意义 (P<0 0 1)。收缩压和心率于用药前、用药 2min和手术结束时三个时间比较 (方差分析 ) ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而舒张压、呼吸、血氧饱和度三个时间比较 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　依托咪酯复合安定静脉麻醉是无痛人工流产的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the analgetic effect of etomidate compound diazepam on the induced abortion and its affect on the patients.Methods Painless induced abortion was performed on 60 cases of pregnant women(the experiment group),who were given diazepam(5mg,iv) and etomidate 3～5 minutes later(0.3mg/kg,iv).Their BP,HR,R and SpO 2 were examined respectively before the medication,2 minutes after medication and after the operation.Other 100 cases of induced abortion were treated as control group and the anesthetic effect was observed.Results The experiment group enjoyed the analgesia rate of 100%,which was remarkably higher than that in the control group(28%).Its uterine neck relaxation rate was 86.67%,notably higher than that in the control group(15%).Its average operation time was 4.65±1.20 minutes,markedly less than that in the control group(6.49±1.73 minutes).The incidence of the induced abortion syndrome was zero,significantly lower than that in the control group(11%).Systolic pressure and heart rate showed no notable differences in 3 times:before medication,2 minutes after medication and after operation(P>0.05).There were marked differences in diastolic pressure,respiration and oxygen saturation of blood among 3 times(P<0.01).Conclusion Etomidate compound diazepam anesthesia(iv) is one of the effective methods for practicing painless induced abortion.更多还原
