【摘要】 目的　探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法　对 1 996～2 0 0 1年间实施鼻内窥镜手术并完成随访的 350例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人进行临床分析。 350例中 1型 1 1 0例 (31 5 % ) ,2型 1 61例 (45 9% ) ,3型 79例 (2 2 6 % )。 350例全部在局麻下完成 ,术后随访 6～ 36个月 ,平均1 3个月。同时对术后处理、钩突异常等因素进行了讨论。结果　 1型治愈率为 91 8% ,2型治愈率为81 9% ,3型治愈率为 69 6 %。结论　鼻内窥镜手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的有效方法。其发病与钩突密切相关。手术疗效与其临床分型密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS).Methods Three hundred and fifty patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps underwent ESS from 1996 to 2001 were analyzed clinically.There were 110(31.5%) cases of type 1,161(45.9%) cases of type 2 and 79(22.6%) cases of type 3.Three hundred and fifty cases underwent ESS under intranasal local anesthesia.Long term follow up was performed for 6 to 36 months(average 13 months).Results The cure rate was 91.8% for type 1,81.9% for type 2 and 69.6% for type 3.Conclusion ESS is efficacy and safe in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sunusitis.The cure result is directly related to the types of the disease.更多还原
