【摘要】 目的　探讨急性恙虫病并发肝损害的临床特点。方法　按诊断标准选择病例进行临床分析。结果　本组除了具有恙虫病特征性临床表现外 ,同时出现黄疸占 2 8% ,出血点和瘀斑占 16 % ,肝肿大占88% ,脾大占 6 4 %。ALT、AST升高。使用特效抗菌药物和护肝退黄治疗效果良好。结论　恙虫病并发肝损害较常见 ,少数可出现严重的肝功能损害更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical features of scrub typhus with complication of toxic hepatitis.Methods Patients confirmed with diagnostic standards were selected and analysed.Results Jaundice(28%),petahiae or ecchymoses(16%),hepatomegaly(88%),sphenomegaly(64%),elevated alanine transaminase and aspartate transamine were found in these patients besides ordinary clinical manifestations of scrub typhus.Pathogenic and symptomatic treatments were effective.Conclusion Toxic hepatitis is quite common in patients with scrub typhus,and may result in severe lesion of liver functions in a few patients.更多还原
