【摘要】 目的　寻找能清晰显示P波的方法 ,明确心律失常心电图诊断。方法　对常规心电图描记低小的、识别不清的P波波形 ,应用胎儿心电图机描图 ,找出P波 ,明确心律失常诊断。结果　胎儿心电图机描记的图形较普通心电图机描记的图形高 5～ 15倍 ,差异显著 ;用胎儿心电图机描记的 30例心律失常病人 ,全例显示高大的心房P波 ,明确了诊断 ;用胎儿心电图机对心房纤颤病人描图 ,描记的颤动波 (f波 )高大 ,清晰 ,能准确的计算出心房率。而对照的普通心电图机描图不能较好的显示颤动波 (f波 ) ,不能准确的计算心房率。结论　用胎儿心电图机描图能很好的显示心电图P波 ,可帮助明确心律失常心电图的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the better method to show atrial P waves and diagnoze arrhythima.Methods The arrhythmia was diagnozed by fetal electrocardiograph for the cases whose atrial P waves were small and difficult to recognize by common electrocardiograph.Results The ECG waves by fetal electrocardiograph were 5～15 times higher than those by common electrocardiograph,which had significant difference statistically.The ECG waves of the 30 patients with arrhythmia showed giant atrial P waves;the fibrillation waves by fetal electrocardiograph were higher and clearer,and atrial rates could be counted easily.Conclusion The electrocardiogram by fetal electrocardiograph can best show atrial P waves,and can be used for the diagnosis of arrhythmia.更多还原
