【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and safety of non operative treatment of traumatic rupture of liver.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with non operative management from June 1990 to June 2000 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 36 cases were cured without any complication.Conclusion Correct therapeutic method is important for traumatic rupture of liver.On the basis of keeping blood stream dynamics stable,selecting non operative method is safe and effective.更多还原
