丰宫并殖吸虫囊蚴、后尾蚴透射电镜观察
OBSERVATION ON METACERCARIAE AND EXCYSTED METACERCARIAE OF PARAGONIMUS PROLIFERUS BY TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPY
【摘要】 目的 了解丰宫并殖吸虫囊蚴、后尾蚴的超微结构。 方法 应用透射电镜进行观察。 结果 囊蚴壁是由电子密度中等而均匀的物质构成 ,未见细胞和微管道结构。囊内幼虫和后尾蚴的体被由外皮层、肌层、皮层细胞组成 ,外皮层为一合体层 ,包括外质膜、基质、基质膜 ,外皮层表面呈指状突起 ,皮层基质内有皮棘 ,其根部位于基质膜 ,顶端被外质膜覆盖。 结论 通过透射电镜观察比较 ,囊内幼虫和后尾蚴的体被结构无明显差异性。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the ultrastructure of metacercariae and excysted metacercariae of Paragonimus proliferus . Method Observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM). Results The wall of metacercariae was consisted by the mater that has middle and mean electron density. The cells and tubules were not observated. The integument of metacercariae and excysted metcercariae consisted of tegument?muscular layer and tegumental cell. The tegument, a syncytium, included tegumental membrane, tegumental cytoplasm and basal plasma membrane. Many finger like processes with branches and spines could be readily idendified on the surface of the tegument. The spines projecting beyoncl the surface of the tegument were completely enclosed within the outer tegument membrane and the basal plasma membrane. (For the Fig. 1-12, to see insert ⅩⅢ,ⅩⅣ) Conclusion There wasnt differente for tegument between metacercariae and excysted metacercariae of Paragonimus proliferus .
