胎兔、孕兔、成年兔伤口愈合中肿瘤坏死因子和表皮生长因子含量分析

【摘要】 目的 探索胎兔伤口无瘢痕愈合的可能机理及条件。方法 采用孕 2 2~ 2 3d的母兔及所孕胎兔皮肤伤口无瘢痕愈合的动物模型及成年兔皮肤伤口愈合模型 ,以放射免疫法测定其表皮生长因子 (EGF)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)含量。结果 胎儿伤口中的EGF和TNF术后 3d明显升高(P <0 0 5 ) ,并维持至术后 7d ;孕兔及成年兔仅在术后 3d升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,术后 7d降到接近正常水平。结论 胎兔皮肤伤口中特有的细胞因子水平是胎儿伤口无瘢痕愈合的重要因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of EGF and TNF in the fetal wound healing process. Methods On a fetal wound healing model with the maternal rabbit on 22~23 days of pregnancy (term=31~32days) , the contents of EGF and TNF were analyzed with a RIA kit, compared to the maternal rabbit group and the adult rabbit group. Results The EGF and TNF contents in the fetal wound were both increasing 3 days after the operation and maintained in a high level until the 7th day of the wound healing process(P<0.05). However, the EGF and TNF contents in the maternal and adult rabbit groups were only kept at a high level during the 3 days after the surgery. Conclusion The results are indicated that the EGF and TNF may play an important role in fetal wound healing.
