壳聚糖对冬小麦种子萌发过程中生理活性影响
Investigation for Effects of Chitosan on Physiological Activities in Seed Germination of Wheat
【摘要】 以一定规格不同浓度的壳聚糖处理小麦种子 ,可提高种子萌发过程中胚乳 GA3含量和α-淀粉酶活性 ,并可不同程度地提高种子发芽势、发芽率、幼苗株高、干物重等。且壳聚糖浓度效应明显。其处理种子的最佳浓度范围为 4~ 6 mg/ ml
【Abstract】 Treating wheat seeds with a certain specifications of chitosan solution showed a positive effects on endogenous GA 3 level, α amylase activity in endosperm of wheat and germinating energy, germination percentage, seeding height and dry weight and the effect of the CS concentration on all the factors were very significant. The optimal concentration of chitosan for treating wheat seeds was 4-6mg/ml.
