人工心瓣材料和不同浓度细菌与皮下软组织感染的关系
Relationship of Prosthetic Valve Material, Bacterial Concentration and Subcutaneous Soft Tissue Infection in vivo
【摘要】 目的 通过动物实验 ,评价人工心瓣材料和不同浓度细菌与皮下软组织感染的关系。方法 将 4种浓度分别为 10 4 CFU /ml、10 6 CFU /ml、10 8CFU /m l、10 1 0 CFU /m l的表皮葡萄球菌菌液等量注入日本长耳白兔单侧皮下软组织切口 ,以对侧无菌切口为对照 ,或同时在皮下软组织放入不同人工心瓣材料涤纶、热解碳、聚四氟乙烯 ,观察皮下软组织切口感染与植入不同人工心瓣材料和污染细菌浓度的关系。结果 表皮葡萄球菌引起兔皮下软组织感染最少需要 10 8CFU细菌 ,当涤纶、热解碳、聚四氟乙烯存在时 ,分别只需要 10 4 CFU、10 6 CFU、10 6 CFU细菌 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 在皮下软组织存在人工心瓣材料时 ,较少的污染细菌即可导致感染 ,材料不同 ,引起感染所需的细菌量不同。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Relationship of prosthetic valve material, bacterial concentration and subcutaneous soft tissue infection was studied in vivo.METHODS The equal solution of Staphylococcus epidermidis with 10 4 , 10 6 , 10 8 and 10 10 CFU/ml, respectively was injected into the subcutaneous soft tissue incision on the Japan long ear rabbits in which different materials had been implanted. The opposite incision on rabbits was as the control. The subcutaneous soft tissue infection and the relationship between the implanted prosthetic valve material and the concentration of bacteria were observed.RESULTS It required at least 10 8 CFU of S.epidermidis to cause the subcutaneous soft tissue infection of rabbits. But in the existence of Dacron, pyrolytic carbon, PTFE, the infection could be caused with 10 4 CFU, 10 6 CFU, 10 6 CFU of bacteria, respectively. The difference was significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS [HT5”,6SS]In the existence of prosthetic valve material less the bactiera quantity needed to cause the subcutaneous soft tissue infection and was different with the different prosthetic valve material.
