肝细胞生长因子受体在视网膜前膜及培养的人视网膜色素上皮细胞中的表达
Expression of hepatocyte growth factor receptor in human epiretinal membranes and RPE cells
【摘要】 目的 观察增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR) C、D两级视网膜前膜 (epiretinal membranes,ERM)和培养的人视网膜色素上皮 (retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)细胞中肝细胞生长因子受体 (hepatocyte growth factor receptor,HGFR)的表达情况。 方法 采用免疫组织化学染色方法对 15例复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者玻璃体切割术中剥离的 ERM以及培养的人 RPE细胞中HGFR的表达情况进行观察。 结果 在 6例 PVR C级和 9例 PVR D级 ERM标本中分别有 5、7例呈HGFR阳性表达 ;培养的 RPE细胞胞浆中 HGFR呈阳性表达。 结论 肝细胞生长因子有可能参与了PVR的病理过程
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR) in epiretinal membranes (ERM) of eyes with proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and cultured retinal pigent epithelium (RPE) cells. Methods Fifteen human epiretinal membranes were obtained from eyes undergone vitrectomy for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated with PVR and observed by immunohistochemical examination to study the expression of HGFR. Using the immunohistochemical technique to evaluate the expression of HGFR in cultured RPE cells. Results In 6 membranes of PVR grade C, HGFR were expressed in 5/6, and 7 cases were detected in 9 membranes of PVR grade D.RPE cells express readily detectable levels of HGFR. Conclusion The findings indicate that HGF might be involved in the formation of epiretinal membranes in PVR.
