【摘要】 目的研究不育男子血清中抗精抗体与抗精浆抗体的相关性。方法以ELISA间接法检测50例不育男子血清抗精抗体和抗精浆抗体。结果不育男子血清中抗精抗体和抗精浆抗体阳性率分别为36%、38%,两者均为阳性为16例,均为阴性为29例;抗精抗体阳性、抗精浆抗体阴性为2例;抗精抗体阴性、抗精浆抗体阳性为3例。结论两者阳性检出率间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但有相关关系(P<0.01,相关系数γ=0.79)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relation between ASA and ASPA in infertile man′s serum. Methods Test the ASA and ASPA of 50 cases infertile man′s serum by ELISA technique. Result The positive rates of ASA and ASPA were 36%, 38% respectively. Both positive were 16 cases, both negative were 29 cases. One of position both ASA and ASPA was 2 cases and 3 cases. Conclusion There were not significant difference in the positive rates between ASA and ASPA of the infertile man′s serum(P>0.05) but there was relation between ASA and ASPA(P<0.01,γ=0.79).更多还原
