【摘要】 目的　介绍脑型血吸虫病的诊断及治疗。方法　选择 87例脑型血吸虫病 ,对其临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果　 4 7例行保守治疗 ,均痊愈出院 ,4 0例行手术治疗 ,2 8例术后恢复良好 ,无手术死亡。结论　头颅CT检查对脑型血吸虫病的诊断有很重要的价值 ,脑型血吸虫病的治疗以药物治疗为主 ,对有明显的颅内高压表现或药物治疗无效者则考虑手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the diagnosis and treatment for patients with cerebral schistosomiasis.Methods A retrospective study of 87 cases with cerebral schistosomiasis was undertaken.Results Conservative therapy was selected in 47 cases, All the patients had a good result. The other 40 cases were treated surgically. 28 had a good recovery. The mortality is 0 in our series.Conclusions CT is valuable in the diagnosis of cerebral schistosomiasis. Drug therapy is the common method to treat in the cerebral schistosomiasis. Surgical treatment should be considered when the patient suffer an increased intracranial pressure as well as drug therapy is effectiveless.更多还原
