【摘要】 目的　探讨各种皮瓣在手腕部皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用。方法　对 67例皮瓣修复手腕部皮肤软组织缺损 ,临床应用 10种皮瓣修复。指部损伤应用邻近带蒂皮瓣修复 ,掌腕部应用鱼际部皮瓣、前臂骨间背侧动脉皮瓣、髂腹股沟轴型皮瓣、股前外侧皮瓣及肩胛旁皮瓣修复。皮瓣最大面积为2 5cm× 10cm ,最小为 2 .5cm× 1.5cm。结果　除 4例皮瓣部分坏死经换药后愈合 ,其余皮瓣全部成活。术后随访 1～ 10年 ,皮瓣外形比较满意 ,手功能恢复良好。结论　根据手部损伤选择合适的皮瓣 ,术后手腕部功能恢复较为满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of various flaps in the repair of the skin and soft tissue defects at the wrist and hands. Methods 67 cases of the skin and soft tissue defects were repaired with 10 different skin flaps. The finger injury was repaired by neighbouring pedicled flaps. The wrist and palm injuries were repaired by thenar flap, forearm interosseous dorsal artery flap, groin axis flap and para scapular flap, respectively. The areas of flap ranged from 25 cm × 10 cm to 2.5 cm × 1.5 cm. Results All of the flaps survived successfully except that partial flap necrosis at 4 cases, which were cured by dressing changes. Postoperative follow up (1 ～ 10 years) showed satisfactory appearance of the flap and acceptable restoration of hand function. Conclusions Appropriate flaps should be chosen according to the location of the injury at the hands so that satisfactory function restoration at the wrist and hands can be obtained.更多还原
